Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in the persons of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life in our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.
On May 27, 1981 Children's Rainbow Day School opened its doors with an enrollment of 4 children, a license for 40, ages 2-4, and a BIG DREAM.
The school was situated on 1.75 acres of tree-shaded property one block off of US 1 and Silver Palm Drive.
Now, 28 years later, the school is spread over 8 acres, enjoys a fine reputation in the community and holds a new license for 265 students ages 2 through 8th grade.
A lovely spacious elementary campus opened September 1995. In September of 2005, we welcomed our 1st Middle School students with the purpose of providing continued solid academics along with emphasis on Christian Leadership.
Over the course of the the past school years, Rainbow has continued to offer many curricular and extracurricular programs throughout our day including advanced and remedial studies, sports and enrichment opportunities. We are anticipating welcoming additional families to our campus this 2009-10 school year.
We are extremely proud of our academic success. Our students and teachers were rewarded for their hard work when they received outstanding national standardized test (SAT) scores which average consistently in the 75th to 90th percentile school wide. In the past years students excel in reading, creative writing, mathematical computation, problem solving, and science.
We encourage you to join us each Thursday morning for chapel with Pastor Brad Fink of Redland Church of the Nazarene. This time is open to parents, friends, and neighbors.
We promise to provide the quality Christian education that you as parents desire for your children. We have enjoyed many successful years with teachers and students working together to unlock the key to success. It is our desire and prayerful goal to send our students out into our community and world as Christian leaders with the highest academic achievement fulfilling God's plan for their lives.
Expectantly,
Mrs. Ward
